On Time Towing

I needed a towing company asap. I rang On Time Towing at 7am in the morning expecting to get an answer machine but instead was greeted by Luis, the owner and driver. After explaining what I was looking for Luis said that he would be there that morning at 8:30am. Living here in Miami you hear that a lot from services and companies but no one ever shows up at the time they say. Well that was not the case this time, in Fact Luis showed up 15 minutes early. He obviously knows what he is doing as he handled my car as if it was his own. The Journey to my mechanic was great. Luis has a great and friendly personality and it is obvious that he take pride in what he does and that customer service is key. Something that we are finding very rare in Miami. Thank you Luis!!!
